Most bulk SMS services charge for every message and ask you to register a sender ID before your first campaign. How many SMS can I send in one campaign?
As many as you like — plans include unlimited SMS. One phone sends roughly 1,000–1,400 texts an hour at the default pace; add phones to go faster.
Do I pay per message?
Not to SMS Gora. Plans are priced per phone. Your mobile operator bills the SMS to your SIM as usual, so a cheap SMS bundle keeps campaigns very affordable.
Can customers reply to my bulk SMS?
Yes. Messages come from your real number. With the Send & receive edition of the app, replies appear in your SMS Gora inbox and can be sent to your webhook.
Can I personalise each message?
Yes. Use variables such as {{name}} from your CSV columns, so every recipient gets their own text.
Is bulk SMS from a personal SIM allowed?
It depends on your operator and country. Many allow it for opted-in customers at a reasonable pace. Check your operator’s terms, never send spam, and honour opt-outs.
