Compress PDF

Make PDFs smaller for email and uploads — text stays sharp, images stay clear, and your file never leaves your device.

About Compress PDF

Tekservix Compress PDF reduces file size the smart way: text, fonts and vector graphics are kept exactly as they are, so your document stays crisp, selectable and searchable. Only what makes PDFs heavy is optimised — oversized photos are resampled with high-quality filtering, screenshots stay lossless, and unused data is removed.

Frequently asked questions

Will compressing reduce the quality of my PDF?

Text and vector graphics keep full quality. Only large photos are resampled — “High quality” keeps 220 dpi (print quality), “Recommended” 150 dpi (sharp on screen).

How much smaller will my PDF get?

PDFs with photos or scans often shrink 50–90%. Text-only PDFs are usually already small; if a file can’t be improved we tell you instead of giving you a worse copy.

Is it free to compress a PDF?

Yes, compressing is free. Downloading results is included with a Tekservix plan.

Are my files uploaded?

No. Tekservix PDF tools run inside your browser, so your document never leaves your device and nobody else can see it.

Can I compress a scanned PDF?

Yes. Scanned pages are images, so they compress well while staying readable.
