How do I pay?
By card on a secure checkout run by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy or Stripe), which also emails your receipts. You can also pay a plan from your Tekservix wallet balance.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your first paid plan starts with a free trial (shown on each plan). Nothing is charged during the trial; you only need a verified payment method.
Will I be charged automatically?
Card plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel, and you get a receipt by email every time. Plans paid from your wallet don’t renew by themselves: you renew them during the last 7 days.
What happens if I cancel?
Your card isn’t charged again and you keep everything until the end of the period you paid for. You can resume any time before then.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. The new plan starts immediately, and unused paid time on your current plan is added to your wallet as credit.
